Account Responsibilities

All activities under their account

Property Listings
Listings must comply with Omani property laws
False, misleading, or illegal listings are prohibited
Housing Sooq reserves the right to remove or suspend listings without notice
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, text, design elements, and platform features are the exclusive property of Housing Sooq and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:

Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Disrupt platform security or functionality
Limitation of Liability
Housing Sooq is not liable for:

Financial losses or disputes
Inaccurate third-party information

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
